I’m Pranali Mukkannavar, from Mumbai, India and I’m currently pursuing M.A. Service design. I’m currently based in Savannah. 

I graduated in Product Design in 2020. Post which, I have work experience of 2 yrs as a user experience designer at Cognizant. My education and experience helped me understand that without a grasp of how the complete ecosystem works, good design abilities alone are insufficient to achieve the goals. And I always believed that belief that understanding people can better guide business priorities and strategies, this is when I understood the role of Service design.
